IT skills (you probably never knew you needed?)

Elaine is a MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer). You don't tend to meet many MCTs on your travels. Not only does Elaine often know things that are not even in the text books, her software knowledge and training skills have both met the rigorous standards of Microsoft examiners.
