SFEDI business support standards
The Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) is the standard setting body for the business support industry. The “SFEDI standards” [pdf] are the industry benchmark for all those delivering business support, especially relevant for publicly funded programmes.
ESA has worked with SFEDI on a number of major projects in recent years, as part of its business support and assessment teams and continues, along with other organisations to contribute to standards development and review on an ongoing basis.
