Commissioned by the Training Services Department of NHBC (the National Housing Building Council), ESA were tasked to develop and then deliver a programme of four business skills seminars to members of the Federation of Master Builders throughout the UK.
Training programmes produced were based around business planning, finance, marketing and customer service but were then flavoured to specifically address the construction industry (an important requirement if the training was going to be received positively by the target audience).
Over six months, 60 seminars, 14 UK locations, over 700 delegates, over 15000 miles travelled, every deadline met.
