"all rise – training now in session”
It’s not often that you end up running a training session in the middle of a law court. But that’s what happened when ESA was chosen as the major training provider for the South Yorkshire Magistrates Court Committee - the managing body for all 4 magistrates courts in South Yorkshire.
The result was a highly bespoke package of business skills and IT software training, specialist training to legal advisers and a range of different qualifications. Plus, design and production of programme folders, attention-grabbing postcards, promotional intranet material and finally certificates. The ESA team learnt jargon and court procedures to make all the delegates feel really at home.
