Our client, a Sheffield-based company specialising in “social documentary” photography was self-limited in the amount of work it could do. It was outsourcing all financial record keeping and therefore not aware soon enough about its own financial position. There was also a serious risk of running into big problems due to lack of terms and conditions.
The result, a series of 1-to-1 advisory sessions, staff training and the introduction of Sage accounting software enabled the client to make subtle and timely changes to its operation. Often it’s the little things that make the biggest impact!
